There are two different formats for High Quality Youtube Videos, one is &fmt=6 and other is &fmt=18.
Once i post something on my blog about how to watch high quality videos on youtube by adding &fmt=18.
Adding &fmt=6 in the end of youtube Url will give you Youtube’s ™ new high quality setting.
Adding &fmt=18 you get a video transcoded from the original clip the user uploaded.
